Our intent is not to take work from any contractors but to increase housing options and population in the area. The only manufactured part is the house. Contractors would be needed for the garages, basements and any additions that would be made to the original design. Masons, electricians, building contractors and plumbers would also be needed to compete the project.

One observation that was made in our community when this plan was shown was how does the community plan to utilize the existing building contractors that work and live in the community? When shopping local is so important, how is your community handling this?
