Strategic Plan Celebration Scheduled
We recently completed our Strategic Plan for Phase II of the Horizons Project. We’ll be celebrating the completion of this document on Saturday, December 1st during the Christmas in Armour event.

We’d like your comments as our format is different from yours and covers most of our huge county, not just one town.
Your cover is a knock-out; the vision is very long, however, and your planning is very specific, compared to our format.
I like it and think it will prove to be more helpful than ours here in ND.
